Welcome to Rio Experience, a company that offers exciting extreme sports services such as rafting, kayaking and canyoning. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services. By using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use our services.

Health and safety requirements
The client is responsible for meeting the age, health, ability and experience requirements necessary for each activity. If you have any doubts about your ability to perform any activity, please consult a health professional before booking. The client must follow all the guide's instructions and comply with all the safety rules and regulations established by Rio Experience.

Liability and Disclaimer
Rio Experience complies with current legislation in Slovenia and in the European Union regarding civil liability and civil liability insurance. However, the client must sign a waiver of liability before doing any activity. The liability waiver will release Rio Experience and its employees from any liability for injury or damage that may arise during the activity.

Cancellation and refund
The client has the right to cancel his reservation at any time before the scheduled activity. If the client cancels the activity more than 48 hours in advance, the full amount paid will be refunded. If the client cancels the activity less than 48 hours in advance, the amount paid will not be refunded.

Modifications and cancellations by Rio Experience
Rio Experience reserves the right to modify or cancel any activity due to weather, security or any other reason beyond our control. If an activity is canceled by Rio Experience, the client will be refunded the full amount paid or offered the possibility of booking an alternative activity.

Intellectual property
All content on the Rio Experience website, including text, images, logos and designs, is protected by intellectual property rights and may not be used without the prior consent of Rio Experience.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Slovenian and European law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Slovenian courts.
